🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Blended Haven works with trusted third-party suppliers to deliver curated products directly to you. Because fulfillment is handled by our partners, return eligibility may vary by product.


✅ Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

Some products may be final sale and not eligible for return. These will be clearly noted on the product page.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval


📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@blendedhaven.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


❗ Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Blended Haven is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier


📣 Additional Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins

  • Blended Haven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
